Frasier says, “While it’s tempting to play it safe, the more we’re willing to risk, the more alive we are. In the end, what we regret most are the chances we never took. And I hope that explains, at least a little, this journey on which I’m about to embark… Goodnight, Seattle.” Offers closure and a bit of inspiration – or even explanation – to his characters, but because of the setting of his radio booth, I think it was a pretty good way to end the show, saying good-bye to his listeners, and in this case, viewers. After all, being Frasier for twenty years… quite a long time with a strong following. I just think it ended the show a little better than “Friends” did last week.
