Mildly Uneasy: Getting into a 30 year mortgage to buy a townhouse in a relatively new state and job that you’ve had for just over nine months.
[cont.]
Mostly Disconcerting: Spending more than three times the amount of what you paid for your first townhouse on your soon-to-be second townhouse.
Extremely Fearful: The act of compressing more than half of your life savings [to date] into two different pieces of paper that you couldn’t convert back into cash if you wanted to.
Terrifyingly Debilitating: Leaving the afore mentioned two pieces of paper in your locker at the gym while you attempt to work out townhouse-endued frustrations and around the knowledge that it would take only six button presses to liberate the checks in question.
Yay me – it’s almost a done deal and I still have hair left to wash.
Saving Grace/Mind-Numbing Bliss: To be found at the bottom of six to twelve beer mugs this Friday night.
Welcome to a the world of the real mortgage payment :-)
Feh!
