Mini Sighting

Was out for coffee this weekend and snapped this shot while waiting in line at Victor’s. Surprised to see a Mac mini sitting in a box at a coffee shop, I asked the woman sitting there if she had gotten it at the Bellevue Apple store (which is the closest Apple reseller to Victors). She responded that her husband had just given it to her for her birthday. And she was, well, beaming about it, looking very pleased with her man, at that moment in time.

I don’t know if it’s the area or just the current value of an Apple at this point in time, but either way, it certainly kills the whole Wilma-getting-pissed-at-Fred-for-buying-her-a-new-appliance-as-a-gift episode of the Flintstones, doesn’t it?
